Cromford Mills Comic Con 2025

Sunday 10th August 2025

The highlight of August! Cromford Mills Comic Con returns with an intergalactic display of models, props, puppets and costumes from classic Sci-Fi productions including Gerry Anderson creations, Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Blake’s 7, and Star Trek. This unique event combines the historic setting of Arkwright’s mill yard with the excitement of pop culture celebration.

Artisan Maker’s Market

Third Sunday of Every Month (17th August)

Experience the Maker’s Market showcasing local artisans, producers and craftspeople with a focus on handmade products of quality. Running 10am-4pm in Arkwright’s historic mill yard, this market provides the perfect opportunity to discover unique, handcrafted items while supporting local businesses.

Guided Mill Tours

Explore the complete Cromford Mills story with guided tours led by passionate volunteers. The Mill Manager’s Pass (£14.50 adults, £2.50 children 12-16, under 12s free) includes access to the mill yard and the fascinating story of how industrial innovations here transformed how we all live and work.
